Making a movie takes time. Tim McCanlies has exactly two weeks to finish his. His new ultra-low-budget comedy “The 2 Bobs” must be audience-ready for the South by Southwest Film Festival, which starts Friday. Yet McCanlies and his sound guys are still fussing and fiddling. The clock ticks. Minutes. Hours. Days. Weeks.
Two weeks. Exactly.
